getting ready for school

We are only one week away from the first day of school.  Next week both my sweet girls will be heading to preschool.  It is going to be a tough day for this mommy. 

But I am keeping myself busy with craft projects.  And, I don't know about you, but I love it when my girls match - so Hannah and Mia often dress alike.  The first day of school shall be no different!

With chevron stripes being so hot right now, I thought that would be a great new shirt for my sweet girls.  Thanks to {THIS} tutorial, making these shirts was so easy!  The stitching isn't perfect - but that does not bring down the cuteness factor one bit!

And don't you worry - I will be sure to show off first day of school pictures!
